高純硅膠保障色譜峰形

優(yōu)化色譜峰形和分離選擇性
極性基團嵌入技術(shù)又稱屏蔽型固定相技術(shù),是在通常的C18/C8鏈中引入特定的極性基團所得到的新型固定相。大量研究表明,極性官能團可有效阻擋有機堿與硅膠表面殘余硅羥基的不良作用,因而其峰形比相應(yīng)的C18/C8柱更優(yōu)。同時,這類固定相允許使用全水流動相而不會發(fā)生“相塌陷”現(xiàn)象,因而可用于分離許多親水性化合物。
