一、高頻直流高壓發(fā)生器 產品概述: KEZGF型系列高頻直流高壓發(fā)生器是根據電力行業(yè)標準ZBF24003-90《便攜式直流高壓發(fā)生器通用技術條件》的要求，研究、設計、制造。 本系列便攜式高頻直流高壓發(fā)生器，是適用于電力部門、廠礦企業(yè)動力部門、科研單位、鐵路、化工、發(fā)電廠等對氧化鋅避雷器、磁吹避雷器、電力電纜、發(fā)電機、變壓器、開關等設備進行直流高壓試驗，是當非常理想的換代產品。 高頻直流高壓發(fā)生器采用高頻倍壓電路，應用新的PWM高頻脈寬調制技術，閉環(huán)調整，采用了電壓大反饋，使電壓穩(wěn)定度大幅度提高。使用性能穩(wěn)定的大功率IGBT器件及其驅動技術，并根據電磁兼容性理論，采用特殊屏蔽、隔離和接地等措施。使高頻直流高壓發(fā)生器實現了高品質、便攜式，并能承受額定電壓放電而不損環(huán)。 二、高頻直流高壓發(fā)生器 產品特點: 1、體積小、重量輕、更美觀、更、操作簡便、功能齊全，便于野外使用，是當非常理想的產品。 2、采用技術、工藝制造，應用新的PWM高頻脈寬調制技術、脈沖串邏輯陣列調制，采用大功率IGBT器件，利用高頻技術提高頻率，頻率高達100kHz，從而使輸出高壓穩(wěn)定度更高，波汶系數更小。 3、度高、測量。電壓、電流均為數字顯示，電壓分辨率為0.1kv，電流分辨率為0.1uA，控制箱上電壓表直接顯示加在負載試品上的電壓值，使用時無需外加分壓器，接線簡單。儀器具有高、低壓端測量泄漏電流，高壓端采用圓形屏蔽數字表顯示，不怕放電沖擊，抗干擾性能好，適合現場使用。 4、電壓調節(jié)穩(wěn)定度高，全量程平滑調壓，輸出電壓調節(jié)采用單個多圈電位器，升壓過程平穩(wěn)，調節(jié)度高，并設計有粗調和細調功能。電壓調節(jié)度優(yōu)于0.1%，電壓、電流測量誤差小于1.0%，脈動因數優(yōu)于0.5%。 5、負性輸出、零啟動、連續(xù)可調、有過電壓、過電流、回零、接地保護、特有斷線保護等各種保護功能。自動保護電路功能強，保護完善，使操作安全，各種技術指標均優(yōu)于行業(yè)標準及優(yōu)于同類產品。 6、增設了75%VDC-1mA的功能，做氧化鋅避雷器測量帶來很大的方便。輕輕一按無須計算。本儀器控制箱上有75%的電壓功能鍵，在做避雷器氧化鋅試驗時，當電流升到1000uA時，就打開0.75的按鈕，這時，電壓表、電流表所顯示的值就是75%的數據，做完后應立即將升壓的旋鈕回到零位上，同時，將細調電壓旋鈕回到零位上，并應立即按綠色按鈕，切斷高壓并關閉電源開關。再做其它試驗。 7、方便的過電壓整定設置功能，采用了數字撥盤開關，能將整定電壓值直觀顯示，使你操用更隨意，顯示數值單位為kv。 8、倍壓筒可分節(jié)結構，現場使用，靈活方便，一機多用，經濟實惠。 9、高頻直流高壓發(fā)生器底部設有三只內藏式支撐腳，增加了倍壓筒的穩(wěn)定性。

廣東盈暉YH120KV水油通用型DISK噴漆專用靜電發(fā)生器采用內置式自動跟蹤保護線路，高壓包選用進口電子元件真空固封確保高壓輸出穩(wěn)定耐用。盈暉靜電發(fā)生器由電控箱和高壓箱二部分組成，高壓靜電經靜電線輸送到設備上。靜電發(fā)生器在工作時，當靜電輸出遇到短路打“火花”或漏電電流達到設定保護值時，機器會自動停機保護及時發(fā)出警報；需要關機重啟才能恢復工作，有效地確保設備運行及作業(yè)安全。盈暉高壓靜電發(fā)生器具有體積小重量輕，造型美觀，操作簡單，穩(wěn)定性好，靜電吸附力強，漏電少上漆率高，輸出靜電電壓無級調節(jié)，設備可長時間連續(xù)運行，故障率底維護簡單，安裝使用快捷方便等優(yōu)點。特別適用于DISK自動靜電水性、油性噴漆設備安裝及更換使用。（YH120KV干式和YH150KV油式兩款供貴公司選用）工作電壓：AC 220V 50HZ 。輸出靜電電壓：DC 10-120KV/150KV （負極可調）。輸出電流：100uA/200uA 。體 積：330x300x450 (mm)凈 重：6.8kg
