MK—100B、MK—100B—Z型指針式SF6密度控制器,廣泛用于控制和檢測高壓電器設備中SF6氣體的密度,由于環(huán)境溫度的變化引起SF6容器內(nèi)氣體壓力值變化的時候控制器不會動作,當容器內(nèi)的SF6氣體泄露時候控制器將發(fā)出報警和閉鎖信號或?qū)ο到y(tǒng)進行控制和調(diào)節(jié),確保設備正常運行. 結(jié)構(gòu)和作用原理 MK—100B、MK—100B—Z型指針式SF6密度控制器有一個帶有和SF6氣體的密度與壓力成對應關系的溫度補償式壓力表和一個磁助式電接點裝置或按用戶要求的快速自動裝卸接頭組成. 當設備充入額定的SF6氣體時,壓力值在空氣器的刻度盤上指示出來.SF6氣體受溫度影響時壓力值將產(chǎn)生相應的變化,這時控制器的溫補裝置將變化值進行補償,使壓力值保持不變,只有當SF6氣體泄漏至設定值時控制器先后發(fā)出報警和閉縮信號,以達到對高壓電器設備的保護作用. 技術參數(shù) 控制器由指示部分和控制部分組成 1. 指示部分 (1) 測量范圍 -0.1~0.9Mpa (2) 精度等級 1.5 (3) 外型尺寸 見圖1 (4) 接頭螺紋 M20×1.5 (5) 使用條件 環(huán)境溫度-30~60℃ 大氣壓86~106Kpa 相對濕度≤95% 2. 控制部分 (1) MK—100B、MK—100B—Z型的控制壓力在0.3~0.6Mpa的范圍以內(nèi),通常按照各種額定壓力值設定. 相對應的報警和閉鎖值進行生產(chǎn),如下表所示. 額定壓力 Mpa 報警值(補氣值) Mpa 閉鎖值 Mpa 0.3 0.25 0.4 0.35 0.3 0.5 0.45 0.4 0.6 0.55 0.5 (也可按用戶要求供貨) (2)磁助式電接點裝置 工作電壓 380V(交流) 工作電壓 24V 觸頭額定功率 30VA 最大允許電流 1A (3)控制器接線圖如圖2所示: 圖2 驗收與保管 (1) 用戶收到裝箱的控制器后,應檢查箱體是否完整無損,如有損壞,應立即查明原因。 (2) 開箱取出控制器,檢查是否完整無損,產(chǎn)品合格證說明書是否齊全,如有損傷應立即通知我廠。 (3) 控制器儲藏與干燥通風處,儲藏溫度0~40℃相對濕度≤80%,室內(nèi)空氣不應含有對產(chǎn)品零件引起腐蝕作用的介質(zhì)。 安裝與使用 1.控制器必須垂直安裝于設備的接口上,將控制器殼體上的排氣螺旋帽旋松,使控制器內(nèi)腔與大氣相通以免除對精度的影響。 2.安置時必須用扳手在接頭部位旋緊控制器,嚴禁旋轉(zhuǎn)表頭固定。 3.控制器應緩慢升壓以防超載損壞。 4.控制器未使用溫度補償器處于非溫補平衡狀態(tài),指針隨環(huán)境溫度的變化而變化,當環(huán)境溫度偏離20℃時每10℃約為0.02Mpa,高于20℃時為負向變化,低于20℃時為正向變化。當控制器內(nèi)充入額定壓力值的SF6氣體后,控制器將工作在20℃時SF6氣體密度和壓力相對應的關系值上。 | 產(chǎn)品圖片 |
