BHC6M-2型系列三相可控硅調(diào)功器是運(yùn)用數(shù)字電路觸發(fā)可控硅實(shí)現(xiàn)調(diào)壓和調(diào)功。調(diào)壓采用移相控制方式,調(diào)功有定周期調(diào)功和變周期調(diào)功兩種方式。該控制板帶鎖相環(huán)同步電路、自動判別相位、缺相保護(hù)、上電緩起動、緩關(guān)斷、散熱器超溫檢測、恒流輸出、電流限制、過流保護(hù)、串行工作狀態(tài)指示等功能。該控制板的觸發(fā)有兩種方式:直接觸發(fā)可控硅模塊、觸發(fā)移相型固態(tài)繼電器。BHC6M-2控制板的特點(diǎn):十位A/D,輸出線性化程度高,輸出起控點(diǎn)低。

二. 安裝及使用須知:
l使用前請認(rèn)真閱讀本說明書,嚴(yán)格按要求接線使用。

l散熱器超溫保護(hù)后,如要運(yùn)行,需排除故障后,再送電運(yùn)行。
l在使用過程中若發(fā)生過流現(xiàn)象,應(yīng)首先檢查負(fù)載有無短路等故障。
l過流保護(hù):一般地說,過流保護(hù)不能避免負(fù)載短路造成的設(shè)備損壞,不能代替快速熔斷器。
l負(fù)載短路保護(hù):用戶需外配快速熔斷器作為短路保護(hù),一般按額定負(fù)載電流的1.5倍選擇。
