A sealed industrial quality overlay provides a user interface that is easy to use with gloves. A polypropylene blend enclosure protects the circuit board ａnd large LCD from penetration by impact, water ａnd reactive liquids.The new TP 7-C circuit board is an evolutionary step up from our highly accurate, reliable ａnd successful TL1 laboratory thermometer. The Power Button’s primary function powers the instrument for intervals of about 20 minutes since the last button was accessed. The Power Button can also be used to conserve power ａnd clear the memory, or to make adjustment while in calibration mode. A simple menu operation is displayed by holding the Function Button, ａnd alternately functions to allow adjustments in the calibration mode. Arrows on the left side of the display show the direction of the temperature reading ａnd whether stability has been reached. At the user’s discretion stabilized temperatures can be logged at numerous liquid levels for a running average ａnd later displayed for the user’s documenting purposes. But this feature never interferes with simply getting an accurate temperature reading.To endure the environment ａnd be intrinsically safe, the TP 7-C is manufactured of materials, which are both immune to petrochemicals ａnd are non-sparking. The enclosure is made of a polypropylene blend. The TP7-D is a Zone 0 intrinsically safe digital gauging thermometer re-designed to the latest standards for use in hazardous locations. With over 30 years experience manufacturing digital thermometers, ThermoProbe has designed the TP7-D with reliable RTD sensors based on our previous industry-standard thermometers such as the TP7-C and TP9.
Based on our laboratory thermometer technology, the latest TP7-D electronics are more accurate than previous models. The convenient user interface provides a large 1/2” alpha-numeric character display and buttons that can be easily used with gloves. An automatic backlight feature is included to help read the display in low light conditions. An intuitive menu allows the user to easily ｓelect Celsius or Fahrenheit units, display resolution, and access calibration. Icons on the display help the user identify temperature stability, battery condition and menu items. The TP7-D comes equipped with easily replaceable AA batteries, providing up to 200 hours of operation.
The TP7-D rugged instrument body is constructed from stainless steel and static-dissipative plastic components. The TP7-D spool-reel design allows the user to quickly deploy and retrieve the sensor probe into various products. With multiple probe configurations and allowable lengths up to 50 meters (165 ft), the TP7-D is well suited to many tank gauging applications. The probe assembly is constructed of easy to clean materials such as non-stick cable and stainless steel.

TP7D防爆電子溫度計(jì)采用了已在TP7和TP8多年來一直使用且被證明RTD設(shè)計(jì)。一種密封工業(yè)質(zhì)量為用戶提供一個(gè)可以戴手套操作的界面。聚丙烯的外殼保護(hù)主板電路以及顯示屏免受外力撞擊，水以及相關(guān)液體的液體的侵蝕。 TP7-C線路板是我們從TL1實(shí)驗(yàn)室溫度計(jì)演化而來的高精度、高可靠性的一次革新，電源按鈕的首要職能是間隔上次儀器約20分鐘，也可用于節(jié)約功率并清除存儲(chǔ)器，或在校準(zhǔn)模式下進(jìn)行調(diào)整。通過功能按鈕的簡(jiǎn)單的菜單操作，允許在校準(zhǔn)模式下調(diào)整。顯示器的左側(cè)的箭頭顯示溫度讀數(shù)的方向和是否穩(wěn)定性。在用戶的權(quán)量穩(wěn)定的溫度可以記錄眾多的液位下正在運(yùn)行的溫度平均值，后顯示給用戶的文檔記錄目的，此功能并不會(huì)干擾獲得精確的溫度讀數(shù)。 為了儀器在各種環(huán)境下安全使用，TP7-C制造的材料既不受石化腐蝕，而且不產(chǎn)生火花。外殼由聚丙烯材料。探針組件使用不粘電纜和不銹鋼傳感器部件構(gòu)成。 操作屬性： 易于更換的AA電池，大約可以運(yùn)行200小時(shí)。 電路板在電量不足時(shí)會(huì)自動(dòng)顯示，二十分鐘無操作會(huì)自動(dòng)關(guān)閉，顯示溫度趨勢(shì)和穩(wěn)定，故障檢測(cè)顯示錯(cuò)誤代碼。 低功耗背光燈，夜間操作是光傳感器控制的，方便和節(jié)約電池電量，在夜間條件背光照射該顯示。 攝氏或華氏單位C / F指示可以從功能按鈕選擇。 |
