用途Uses：適用于印刷品印刷墨層耐磨性、PS版感光層耐磨性及相關(guān)產(chǎn)品表面涂層耐磨性的試驗(yàn)機(jī)。能分析印刷品的抗摩擦、磨層附著力、PS版的耐印力及其它產(chǎn)品的耐摩擦性能。本品按照GB7706-87設(shè)計(jì)制造，符合JISK5701及ISO等相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。This machine is applicable to test abrasive resistance ａnd decoloration for printing ink, printing material ａnd products. Through rubing between specimen ａnd white wood-free paper determines abrasive resistance ａnd decoloration degree. Frictionblock moves to ａnd fro by horizotal line.
工作原理Work：試樣的待磨層與摩擦紙，在荷重摩擦體的作用下，以規(guī)定的速度相互摩擦，通過測量摩擦前后磨層前后磨層密度的或涂層厚度變化量，來判斷磨層或涂層的耐磨性。Layer of the sample to be grinding ａnd friction of paper, the friction in the body under load, the friction between the prescribed speed by measuring before ａnd after the grinding friction wear layer after layer of coating thickness or density variation, to determine the wear layer or coating wear resistance.
