本公司生產(chǎn)的韋氏硬度計(jì)目前有W-20、W-20a、W-20b三種型號(hào),W-20型韋氏硬度計(jì)是參照美國ANSI/ASTM B647-87標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制造。同時(shí)符合中國有色金屬行業(yè)YS/T420-2000《鋁合金韋氏硬度試驗(yàn)方法》標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的一種通用型鋁合金檢測(cè)儀器。W-20a型韋氏硬度計(jì)是在通用型韋氏硬度計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)上生產(chǎn)的一種可測(cè)量1-13mm厚超長(zhǎng)、超寬、超厚工業(yè)型材的專用檢測(cè)儀器。W-20b型韋氏硬度計(jì)同樣是在通型韋氏硬度計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)上生產(chǎn)的一種貼座直徑為5.8mm,可測(cè)量?jī)?nèi)徑6mm以上小直徑鋁材或型材縫隙間大于6mm以上的小尺寸型材及散熱器型材等通用型韋氏硬度計(jì)不便測(cè)量的鋁型材專用檢測(cè)儀器。
W-20系列韋氏硬度計(jì)適于測(cè)試鋁合金型材、管材和板材,特別適于在生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)、銷售現(xiàn)場(chǎng)、或施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)對(duì)產(chǎn)品硬度進(jìn)行快速、非破壞性的檢測(cè)。本產(chǎn)品具有攜帶方便,讀書直觀的特點(diǎn)。
