COD的測量原理是基于中國國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)重鉻酸鉀高溫氧化法,根據(jù)氧化劑的消耗量可直接測定水樣中的COD濃度。氨氮在線分析儀采用納氏試劑法或水楊酸光學(xué)比色測定,其分析過程和分析結(jié)果完全符合HJ536-2009和HJ/T101-2003的國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和行業(yè)要求;總磷在線分析儀采用鉬酸銨比色法:水樣與過硫酸鉀在紫外光下進(jìn)行消解反應(yīng),水中含磷化合物被氧化成正磷酸鹽,然后在酸性介質(zhì)中與鉬酸銨、酒石酸銻鉀反應(yīng),生產(chǎn)的雜多酸,再與抗壞血酸反應(yīng)生成藍(lán)色物質(zhì),其顏色深淺與水樣中總磷含量成正比。
