      氣動(dòng)裝置智能化控制

      夾具動(dòng)作機(jī)構(gòu)均采用氣動(dòng)動(dòng)器件,實(shí)現(xiàn)在測(cè)試熱特性時(shí)將熱電偶頭部3~5mm的部位接觸火焰;在測(cè)試?yán)涮匦詴r(shí)將熱電偶脫離火焰自然冷卻;

      熱特性、冷特性的熱電勢(shì)自動(dòng)檢測(cè)步驟

      (1)按點(diǎn)火鍵,火焰點(diǎn)燃,校準(zhǔn)火焰(內(nèi)焰)溫度為600~700℃左右;

      (2)設(shè)定加熱時(shí)間1為10s、加熱時(shí)間2為30秒(、冷卻時(shí)間1為10s(、冷卻時(shí)間2為30s;

      (3)將熱電偶安裝于測(cè)試夾具上,按要求連接好線;

      (4)熱電偶性能曲線測(cè)試儀按測(cè)試鍵,測(cè)試夾具移動(dòng)靠近火焰,使熱電偶頭部約3~5mm置于火焰中加熱時(shí)開始計(jì)時(shí),待10S時(shí)自動(dòng)將實(shí)測(cè)的熱電勢(shì)記錄并判斷熱特性;

      (5)熱電偶繼續(xù)加熱30s后,測(cè)試夾具自動(dòng)返回使熱電偶脫離火焰并開始計(jì)時(shí),待10s時(shí)自動(dòng)將實(shí)測(cè)的熱電勢(shì)記錄并判斷冷特性。

      (6)繼續(xù)冷卻30s后完成整個(gè)測(cè)試。(以上時(shí)間可任意設(shè)定)

      二、測(cè)溫原理:

      人 體測(cè)溫儀是測(cè)量人體額頭的表面溫度,然后根據(jù)人體額頭的溫度與體溫的關(guān)系得到人體的實(shí)際體溫的儀器。檢測(cè)儀的光學(xué)組件將額頭發(fā)射和反射的能量匯集到傳感器 上,通過電子組件將此信息轉(zhuǎn)化成溫度讀數(shù)并顯示在顯示面板上,當(dāng)溫度讀數(shù)超過高溫38度報(bào)警值時(shí),儀器會(huì)發(fā)出報(bào)警聲。是取代水銀溫度計(jì)的必然趨勢(shì)。

      次使用前的建議:

      為了得到穩(wěn)定而可靠的測(cè)溫?cái)?shù)據(jù),在使用非接觸式紅外線體溫計(jì)時(shí)請(qǐng)先按以下步驟進(jìn)行必要的檢查:

      步:使用傳統(tǒng)的體溫計(jì)對(duì)某人進(jìn)行測(cè)量,假設(shè)得到37.5oC的溫度。

      第 二步:使用非接觸式紅外線額溫計(jì)對(duì)同一人測(cè)量,保持額溫計(jì)和額頭之間距離5厘米(注意要移開任何可能影響測(cè)量的障礙物,如頭發(fā),汗液等),如果得到同樣的 溫度37.5oC則說明該非接觸式紅外線額溫計(jì)設(shè)置正常且可以使用。如果得到低的讀數(shù),如36.4oC差1.1oC.你需要校準(zhǔn)該非接觸式紅外線額溫計(jì), 加上差數(shù)。

      按住“MODE”按鍵3秒,屏幕顯示F1,再按向上鍵進(jìn)入F2,再按“MODE”直接進(jìn)入0.0,然后再按向上鍵加上差額,再按“MODE”完成。第三部:再次進(jìn)行檢查。

      溫馨提示:

      1、從外面進(jìn)屋,吹了風(fēng)或許洗了臉,表面的溫度不準(zhǔn)確,所以進(jìn)屋坐坐十五分鐘后才測(cè)。

      2、孩子哭得利害的時(shí)候,汗流滿面的時(shí)候,用水銀寶寶是不會(huì)配合的,用額溫槍一點(diǎn)就可以測(cè)出來了,但記得要抹干汗水后20分鐘再測(cè)量,或者是測(cè)量耳垂后,才測(cè)得準(zhǔn)確哦。

      3、人體表面溫度與心臟溫度正常是有差別的,親們要注意這個(gè)問題,如果室溫在零上二十度以下,額溫測(cè)出來后,一般加零點(diǎn)五才是腋下的溫度。如果您在室溫二十度以上,又或許您是直接對(duì)著腋下測(cè),呵呵,那啥也不用加了,正好就是您的體溫了。

      人 體的體溫一般是比較恒定的,即保持在37℃上下(大致介于36.2 ℃~37.3℃),口腔體溫范圍在35.5℃~37.5℃之間 ,腋窩溫度范圍在34.7℃~37.3℃,直腸溫度范圍在36.6 ℃ ~38℃。人類個(gè)體之間的體溫有一定的差異,少數(shù)人的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體溫可低于36.2℃,也可高于37.3℃。即使同一人體溫在一日內(nèi)也不是完全一樣的,晝夜間體 溫的波動(dòng)可達(dá)1℃左右。

      4、低燒是不會(huì)報(bào)警的,如37.5度,這時(shí)候可物理治療,高燒38度的話,額溫槍會(huì)發(fā)出聲音報(bào)警的,這時(shí)候,是必須馬上上醫(yī)院的。(懷了寶寶與喂母乳中的媽媽除外,這二種親的體溫本身就是高的,那怕是38度也是正常的呢)

      5、為了得到穩(wěn)定的而可靠的測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù),當(dāng)溫室變化很大時(shí),應(yīng)該把人體紅外線測(cè)溫儀置于室內(nèi)15-20分鐘后再使用。
