一、安裝調(diào)試和培訓(xùn)Debugging ａnd Training
1、交貨與安裝調(diào)試Delivery ａnd Debugging：
該儀器到達(dá)甲方儀器安裝地點(diǎn)后，甲方應(yīng)立即通知我司。我方將在和甲方協(xié)商的日期內(nèi)到達(dá)用戶所在地進(jìn)行安裝，甲方儀器使用人員需提供必要的協(xié)助。
On the goods arrival in the fitting place, the Buyers should inform TENHON. We will arrive in the customer’s location to fit the goods within the agreed date. The Buyers should provide necessary assistance.
安裝工作通常在一天內(nèi)完成，包含機(jī)臺(tái)及各零件定位、機(jī)臺(tái)調(diào)水平、三軸復(fù)原、CCD定位、線路檢查及功能電路測(cè)試等。
The fitting work should be finished within one day, including positioning the main body ａnd its accessory, leveling the body, recovering three axis, locating the CCD, checking the connections ａnd testing the function circuit.
調(diào)試工作通常也在一天內(nèi)完成，包含校驗(yàn)精度等。
The adjusting work is generally finished within one day, too, including precision correction.
2、培訓(xùn)Training：
培訓(xùn)地點(diǎn)：在甲方指定地點(diǎn)。
Training place: The Buyers’ appointed position.
培訓(xùn)人數(shù)：在儀器安裝驗(yàn)收之后,由乙方安裝工程師對(duì)用戶1-2人進(jìn)行操作培訓(xùn)（受訓(xùn)人員應(yīng)具有基本的測(cè)量常識(shí)和電腦知識(shí)）。
Quantity of Trainee: After the fitting ａnd acceptance of the goods, the engineer from the Sellers train one or two of the Buyers (the trainee should have basic knowledge of measuring ａnd computer).
培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容：包含機(jī)臺(tái)操作使用培訓(xùn)和測(cè)量軟件培訓(xùn)，直到操作者能掌握基本操作為止。
Content of Training: including the training of operating the body ａnd mastering the measuring software till the trainee can ｍaster the basic skills by themselves.
二、保修期內(nèi)售后服務(wù)After Service within Guarantee
1、自調(diào)試完成之日起一年內(nèi)為產(chǎn)品的保修期。保修期內(nèi)，在正常使用條件下，若發(fā)生任何因產(chǎn)品本體或組件（含機(jī)臺(tái)、鏡頭、CCD、軟件）損壞引發(fā)的故障，本公司免費(fèi)為客戶做修換服務(wù)。
The guarantee period is defined as one year after the finish of the fitting, debugging ａnd training. Within guarantee, under proper use, any malfunction of product or accessory (include body, lens, CCD, software) will be repaired or replace by the Sellers for free.
2、保修期內(nèi)測(cè)量軟件免費(fèi)升級(jí)。
During the guarantee, the software will be upgraded for free.
3、接到客戶報(bào)修通知，本公司承諾在1個(gè)工作日內(nèi)回復(fù)并提出解決方案。如需現(xiàn)場(chǎng)解決，3個(gè)工作日內(nèi)到達(dá)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)。
TENHON promises to provide effective solutions after receiving the customer’s notice of repair. If on site solution is needed, TENHON will arrive there within 3 days.
4、在保修期內(nèi)，由于如下原因?qū)е庐a(chǎn)品故障，本公司需酌情收取成本費(fèi)用。
Within the guarantee, TENHON will claim charge of cost if the malfunction or damage is caused by follows:
（1）人為因素操作不當(dāng)而造成的故障和損壞。
User’s improper operation.
（2）因電腦中病毒、操作系統(tǒng)等損壞造成的軟件無(wú)法正常使用。
Due to computer viruses, operating system ａnd other damage caused by the software does not work properly
（3）自行改裝或私自拆機(jī)而造成的故障和損壞。
Private refitting or dismantling.
（4）由于天災(zāi)、地震、火災(zāi)或其他不可抗力因素而造成的故障和損壞。

（5）使用非本公司指定的零配件所引起的故障和損壞。

三、一年保修期后的售后服務(wù)After Service after the 1 Year’ s Guarantee
l 一年后實(shí)行按次上門收費(fèi)服務(wù)，或客戶可簽訂收費(fèi)年服務(wù)合約。
After the 1 year’s guarantee, fees will be charged by time of door to door service. Or the customer can sign the agreement of yearly service.
